Industrial AI Copilot for Equipment Monitoring
Built a production-grade real-time monitoring system for industrial equipment — pumps, compressors, and heat exchangers — using simulated sensor streams (temperature, pressure, vibration, flow rate). Implemented anomaly detection with sub-second alerting to dramatically reduce response latency for critical failure events. Designed the full incident lifecycle: audio notifications via Web Audio API, automated work order creation, and email alerts to technicians via Resend. Built an anomaly injection simulator for edge-case testing and validated system reliability across multiple failure modes before deploying on Vercel.
